It Starts Here
THE STANDARD IS EXCELLENCE
These are the standards we hold each other to. The habits that turn "the customer is first" from a slogan into the way we serve every client.
- 01
We Care
It starts here. Care about the customer and what they want and need. When you genuinely care, the right actions follow. Caring is not self-serving. Putting your ego and interests aside so the customer can come first is the basic philosophy of how this works.
- 02
Deliver excellence in every interaction
Every email, call, and deliverable is a chance to show what QOLOS stands for. Aim for work that makes the client stop and notice the difference.
- 03
The customer is first
Start with the customer's outcome. Before deadlines, budgets, or convenience, ask what matters most to the client right now. We care about their bottom line, their goals, and their trust, and we align our work around that answer.
- 04
Seek answers, not excuses
You don't shrug and say 'I don't know.' When an answer isn't obvious, you dig until it is, asking the right questions, reading the details, and coming back with clarity.
- 05
Follow up and close the loop
A message sent isn't a job done. You confirm next steps, check in before deadlines, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- 06
Own the outcome, don't pass the buck
When something is within reach, you own it. If it isn't your department, you still make sure the right person is engaged and the customer isn't left chasing.
- 07
Bring solutions, not just problems
Problems aren't passed along as complaints. They're met with options. You bring at least one possible path forward before you hand a challenge off.
- 08
Go above and beyond your role
Your job description is a starting point. When a client needs help and you can provide it, you step in, because titles and territories don't matter.
- 09
Speak up with honesty and respect
If a direction isn't in the client's best interest, you say so, respectfully, directly, and with a better option ready.
- 10
Over communicate
No one should ever wonder where things stand. You share status before you're asked, flag risks early, and confirm understanding so the team and the client are never left guessing.
- 11
Put egos aside
Egos stop personal growth. We check our pride at the door, listen to feedback, and put the work and the customer ahead of being right.
- 12
Be accountable
Nobody is perfect. We admit mistakes, learn from them, and fix what we can. Accountability builds trust faster than pretending we never miss.
